The Parish Life Commission was formed to create opportunities for Fellowship and Engagement for the SS Charles & Helena parish community. Our group meets monthly to discuss and develop strategy for family friendly events for our community. 

• In 2024, our group sponsored the SSCH wearables program, designed to promote unity and awareness for our parish community. 

• A beautiful review of "Who is Saint Charles and Saint Helena", was hosted by the PLC in conjunction with Donut Sunday. 

• Additionally we hosted a Versiti Blood drive in our parish center, which resulted in the saving of many lives during the blood shortage in our area. 

• Our team also participated in the Freedom 4 Veterans Memorial walk/run in May 2024. This event raises money and awareness for veterans' causes. 

• A free holiday professional family photo was offered by the Parish Life Commission in December of 2024...this event saw participation by 55 families and/or individuals. 

• The 2025 Super Chili Cook-off was hosted by the PLC, with help from many of our fellow parishioners. This event was attended by near capacity crowd of 200 guest who enjoyed a beautiful night of fellowship and engagement.
